Peaks of London was born out of a refusal to compromise; two friends, having experienced the sartorial wilderness they had entered once they’d given birth and wanted to be able to breastfeed their babies in style, comfort and discretion, decided to right this wrong. And Peaks of London was born.
From its Covent Garden, London-based offices, Sheena Gunn, Jules McKeen and their team design, source and rigorously research each and every breastfeeding top or dress in order to be 100% sure that every item lives up to the exacting standards of stylish breastfeeding women:
- Each item must look and feel even more beautiful and comfortable than their ordinary, pre-baby wardrobe.
- It must give women the freedom to be able breastfeed whenever, wherever they like without having to flash acres of flesh or hide away from the table or feel obliged to fashion a scarf around their baby.
- It must pass the ultimate Peaks test: people must say ‘what a beautiful dress’ and absolutely not ‘what a beautiful breastfeeding dress’.
Reclaim the joy of your wardrobe even with a baby in tow.
Hallelujah to that.
